You will receive an invitation to interview by email/phone. You can contact Talent Acquisition team via email / phone number for support!
The company does online interview in case the candidate is not near the office /company, or other force majeure circumstances.
If you do not have an appointment, Talent Acquisition team will not be able to arrange to interview.
It depends on the position you are applying for. There usually will be 02 interview rounds:
+ Round 1: Talent Acquisition team
+ Round 2: Hiring Manager
Talent Acquisition team will inform you about the interview results after 3-5 working days from the date of your interview.
For positions from junior staff level upwards (except Intern), you will have full employee benefits, including:

You will get insurance according Vietnam Labor Law when you sign contract with the company.
Depending on this position, probation could range from 1-2 months.
Generally, promotions are based on two main factors:
- There are vacancies
- Employees have the ability and skills suitable for the vacancy and wish to be promoted.
+ You will have 2 months in probationary period.
+ During the probation, you will be paid 100% of your salary and allowance (if any).

Internal transfer will depend on two main factors:

You have the opportunity to take a permanent position if there is a vacancy. You should be assessed by the department manager and Human Resources department to fill the vacancy.

A full set of onboarding documents including: Identity card, degree(s) and certificate(s), household book, birth certificate (all notarized copies) and a health certificate certified by the health department at district level or higher (original, within the last 6 months), résumé certified by the local authority (original, within the last 6 months).
The onboarding form of a new employee should be submitted on the first working day at the company.
If you do not have 1 or 2 documents on your first working day, you can submit them during 2-month probationary period.
In case of loss of ID card and degree, you can still start working at the company. You need to apply for reissuance of ID card/degree and submit it during the 2-month probationary period.
