JOB SUMMARY

Operate DE safety and ensure high effective and productivity

KEY RESPONSIBILITES (1/2)

1. Operating the DE machines according to the instructions.

2. Checking utility condition: pressure steam, compressed air, water as required or not

Check materials such as carton, bags, labels before putting them into production, ensure the right type.

Check and lubricate equipment. Clean equipment as instructed.

Use the right lubricant, the right kind of glue.

Prepare printer for date (ink, solvent, lotions,), hygiene nozzle, start the printer.

Test printing production date, expiration date before production in accordance with each category, production line.

3. In the production process, control the output of the product through the machine, such as attaching straws, heat-shrink labels, crating standards

Check the expiry date printed on package suitable with each type of product at a frequency specified.

4. Control raw materials (carton, adhesives, heat-shrink labels, straws), ensure cost savings in production.

5. Check the remaining material at the end of cycle (straws, glue, carton, label…)

Cleaning machines, implementing 5S spot

6. Implement the requirements of labor safety,

Safety performance for high-temperature equipment.

Fully equipped labor protection.

7. Fully inscribe the status of equipment damage in the form of machine running

Notes downtime in the down time form

8. Timely reports on the status of equipment for the shift leader or the higher level, request for equipment repairing.

9. Preserve property and equipment

10. Implement the security requirements of industrial hygiene, food safety

Comply with the requirements of ISO-HACCP system.

11. Performing other work required by manager.

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge & Qualification:

Diploma in electrical/ mechanical/technical

2. Experience:

 Preferably with experience in similar position
