You can apply for as many positions as you like if you feel you are qualified at those.
What is required for the application?
You just need to fill the application form as per the instructions.
How long does it take to get the response when applying?
You will be contacted by Talent Acquisition team after about 3-5 working days. If the Talent Acquisition team does not contact you for 5 days, maybe we do not find a match between your credentials and the job requirements. Human Resources Department still saves your application for other positions. Thank you for your interest jobs at TH, hope we have opportunity to work together!

We currently have the positions that do not require any degree. You can read the job description carefully and apply for the suitable position(s).

I was invited to an interview by THFC. On that day, I was unexpectedly busy and could not attend the interview. Does it affect to the interview chances? Can I reschedule interview again, how to do it?
Because of personal matters, you cannot attend the scheduled interview. Please notify Talent Acquisition team via email/phone number. They'll support you to reschedule the interview.
How do I check/change my interview schedule?
You will receive an invitation to interview by email/phone. You can contact Talent Acquisition team via email / phone number for support!
Can I interview online?
The company does online interview in case the candidate is not near the office /company, or other force majeure.
Can I come to the interview without an appointment?
If you do not have an appointment, Talent Acquisition team will not be able to arrange to interview.
How many rounds of interviews do I have to go through?
It depends on the position you are applying for. There usually will be 02 interview rounds:
+ Round 1: Talent Acquisition team
+ Round 2: Hiring Manager
How long will it take to get the interview results?
Talent Acquisition team will inform you about the interview results after 3-5 working days from the date of your interview.

I am an intern/ seasonal employee. Can I get insurance?
You will be get fully insurance according Vietnam Labor Law when you sign contract with the company.
Will there be a probation for seasonal employees?
Depending on this position, probation could range from 1-2 months..
Could I know about the company's promotion policy?
Generally, promotions are based on two main factors:
+ There are vacancies
+ Employees have the ability and skills suitable for the vacancy and wish to be promoted
During the probationary period, what is the company salary policy?
+ You will have 2 months in probationary period.
+ During the probation, you will be paid 100% of your salary and allowance (if any).
I was an ex-employee in the company. What should I do to reapply to TH?
You can apply as a new employee by submitting an online application. Please note that we do not receive hard copy applications. Online applications are processed more quickly and easily.

I am an employee working at TH Food Chain, what are the conditions for transferring to another position in the company?
Internal tranfer will depend on two main factors:
+ There are vacancies
+ Employees have the ability and skills suitable for the vacancy and wish to move to the new position.
I am a seasonal employee. Can I become an permanent employee?
You have the opportunity to take a permanent position if there is a vacancy. You should be assessed by the department manager and Human Resources department to fill the vacancy.
Can I transfer to the office/workplace near my home if there is a chance?
Yes, you can. The transfer process will be guided specifically when you work in the company.
ON-BOARDING DOCUMENT
What is onboarding document include?
A full set of onboarding documents including: Identity card, degree(s) and certificate(s), household book, birth certificate (all notarized copies) and a health certificate certified by the health department at district level or higher (original, within the last 6 months), résumé certified by the local authority (original, within the last 6 months).
When should the onboarding form be submitted?
The onboarding form of a new employee should be submitted on the first working day at the company.
Can I submit documents after on-boarding?
If you do not have 1 or 2 documents on your first working day, you can submit them during 2-month probationary period.
I have lost my ID card and degree certifications, what should I do?
In case of loss of ID card and degree, you can still start working at the company. You need to apply for reissuance of ID card/degree and submit it during the 2-month probationary period.
