Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Talent and Org to develop, maintain and update the KPIs systems and manage the KPI setting process annually to ensure strategic alignment at all levels
- Managing the development and implementation of companywide internal performance management systems (SAP SF) with daily supports and guidance to individuals and team, trainings and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised.
- Monitoring continuous performance management process at to support people managers in their team/work management responsibilities
- Supporting to define the competencies and skills required for each role in the organization along with individual performance mapping
- Designing and implementing PMS analytics and reports, proposing solutions to address performance issues
- Design and implement a feedback and survey system at individual, team and organization level for assessment and development purposes;
- Work with the Head of Talent and Org Development to design and use diagnotic tools at individual, team and organization level to identify gaps and risks in their performance effectiveness and sustainability;
- Coordinate with other HR functions when implementing HR projects/initiatives of both group-while and company-while sizes.
- Participating in continuous processes designed to develop knowledge, skills and capabilities of individuals, teams and organization to deliver organizational strategy, plans and objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Economic, HR Management, Languagues…
- HR General knowledge (HR key functions/processes/practices) and in depth HR-IS as well as ERP
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience on handling core HR activities with experience in Performance Management, Talent Management of a medium to large corporation
- Good command of languages (Vietnamese and English)
- MS Office, especially excel and powerpoint
- SAP – SuccessFactors or Workday
